Thanks for publicizing the case Scott. Interestingly enough the case that Scott Burger posted was in front of Judge John Gibney, who was law partners with the former VA Gov Gerald Baliles. Former AG Tony Troy is representing John Baliles. Troy brought cases against the Registrar, the Richmond Electoral Board and the State Board of Elections showing violations of State and Federal Law which resulted in multiple additions of candidates harmed by unlawful actions taken by election officials. If people investigate the balloting and election process closely they will find it is corrupt and illegitimate.

Tyler should know, he was in on this giveaway from the jump. Three years ago when St Mary's forced Richmond Community school out, the neighbors who can think critically knew Bon Secours was going to get the property for a song. We stated our knowledge of the giveaway years ago. If one thinks they are becoming informed by reading Style one is fooling themselves.

It is Amendment II of USA Constitution that guarentees my right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. As a result of numerous assaults, attacks, and threats made against my life by agents of the city, state, and Federal government and political adversaries it is not only my guarantee it is exclusively for my safety and defensive purposes. I am a co plantiff in case no.3:12-cv-00650-JAG this shows fraud by those who oversee our elections and the cover up by government officials. This is the tip of the glacier. I will not stop exposing the unlawful acts of government and calling for the arrest of the leaders of the institutions that control our corrupt system.

This is a criminal act. The Juvenile Detention Center was shut down for inhumane conditions, how many does Woody have to kill before the Richmond Jail is shut down for Amendment VIII violations? How many more Court Cases are needed before a independent investigation into the completely mismanaged Richmond Elections? I and others have informed all levels of so called law enforcement from the Richmond City Auditor to the FBI on the violations of the law carried out by election officials.
