Re: “Food Review: Burger Bach”
Why on earth would a bar have a kids menu in the first place? I think we all need to adjust our expectations a little. Not every restaurant is even interested in catering to families, so I think it's unfair to review them based on that criteria. Nickel-and-diming us to death on condiments and sauces, however, is a growing problem. I ate at a burger bar in C-ville recently that charged up to $3 for a slice of cheese or a small handful of jalapenos. That is some ridiculous markup right there, and will definitely cause me to think twice about going back.
Also, my comment to Brian Daddino is this: if you have a problem with Richmond, maybe you should STFU about it and stick to reviewing burgers in your beloved Philadelphia, where they certainly would never criticize anyone for anything. Have a shot of Cheez Whiz on me.
