Re: “Massey's Tragic Legacy”

Massey Energy has desecrated our mountains with mountaintop removal mining. It is a disgrace and an environmental disaster. Don Blankenship was a tyrant and totally dismissive of the rights and safety of the workers. I remain completely supportive of the United Mine Workers union and of the proud people of West Virginia and Virginia who work in the mining industry. Unions protect their safety and basic rights. Mountaintop removal mining should be banned from this country.
