"But the fact is, in a Romney-Ryan administration there wouldn't be any significant transportation and neighborhood revitalization funds to apply for, and no national urban policy any more sophisticated than leaving the poor to fend for themselves". God forbid that it is left up to the State, Counties, City, Communities, and personal responsibility. The US government has such a wonderful record with their war on poverty. And where do you think all this free money comes from. That's right, our taxes. How about we bypass the inept middle man and spend our money where we need it?
