FOR THE GUY WHO SPOKE OF HENRICO'S EXCELLENT ROADS, HE MUST SURELY BE TALKING ABOUT WESTERN HENRICO AS THIS IS DEFINETLY NOT THE CASE IN EASTERN HENRICO. DRIVING HERE IS LIKE DRIVING THRU A MINEFIELD OF CRACKS, BUMPS AND POTHOLES ALL DAY LONG!
