Mr. Napier, I have to pay taxes to subsidize your business operating in a flood zone. My taxes built the flood wall that protects you, my taxes paid for rebuilding your business after Gaston. That is a net transfer to you, Mr. Freelunch, all because of a personal choice to operate your business in a location that naturally floods. Proof positive that collective (Government) spending is the egg that hatched your chicken. So I suppose we could say you had a little help "building that"?
