We were visiting during this event and couldnt help but notice all of the wheelchair participants struggling to get around on the sidewalks. we thought richmond was very nice and clean but very empty. Need better advertising of a trolley system or some way to sight see. we spent all day visiting 2 sights and nobody seemed to know where to go. Only now seeing pictures from the roosevelt and we would have loved to have eaten their at least once during our visit.
