I have eaten there multiple times and have never had any of the issues you are mentioning. Food has always been more then outstanding and service has always been great the servers have been very friendly and seem to know the menu well. I have been there on nights when it was pretty busy and I still had no problem with my food coming right out of kitchen hot and ready to eat. I think rox is a nice addition to the bottom with incredible food and awesome atmosphere ..you have to try the Chorizo panini and mashed potatoes They are delicious :)
