I play pick-up soccer with Taylor, and if his attitude on the field is anything like his attitude in the kitchen, this restaurant will thrive. He has the ability to take things seriously without _being_ serious. (In other words, he can laugh and dribble at the same time.) I always like playing on his team--I imagine that people working on his team feel the same way.
