Re: “Class Clowns”
I often think of the School Board as a college student that is fortunate enough to have his parents paying his way. They have a clear mutual objective but the student is responsible for setting the "policy" to achieve the objective. In most cases, success is linked to cooperation, respect, and maturity on both sides. Recently, there's been little of that between RPS and City leadership. More is needed.
