Re: “Martini Kitchen and Bubble Bar”
I have a love/hate relationship with the Martini Kitchen. The customer service has been awful every time I visit. I had my server bring me any martini that she felt like bringing! My friends and I all ordered the same drink...but why did we get served three different drinks! When we mentioned it, the server looked at us like we were bothering HER! Then we go to reserve a seat for a party and called for two weeks straight! We finally drop in the make reservations only to be told 'we rarely answer the phone'! WTF?!! I only come back because of the bands and the crowd. It makes me mad to spend that kind of money for lousy treatment though!
