Good Luck guys! My fiance & I bought a crappy little coffee shop in mechanicsville a little over a year ago without a penny ... we are now a beautiful restaurant with a big and extremely loyal following! I love seeing other young people dream big and take risks. Just remember this IS the American dream and all your sleepless nights and fighting to stay on top of things will be worth it. My advice, know how hard you are going to work (I'm currently in my 500th odd day with no time off) and take time to reflect on how worth while it is!

Can't wait to come try your grilled cheeses! I love goat cheese and fresh mint cheeses!
