Jack as always you put out there what real Bar and F&B Managers have known for years. Bartending school can teach you to make drinks, but doesn't teach you how to deal with customers and schmooze them. Real bartenders have usually worked their way up from other positions in the F&B world. And I would know that's how I started and now I hire about 30 bartenders a year.

Thanks for the great insight. Now help me find some new employees.
