why not route HENRICO traffic through HENRICO and lead that soon to be boom of overpopulation down roads that were meant to handle it? not through RICHMOND city streets and certainly not through HISTORIC RICHMOND city streets. Widen Laburnum (plenty of space between existing businesses on that route and drop excess traffic onto 64 then perhaps widen 64. The rest of the folks that still want to take the backway should do just that...and deal with the traffic.
