Re: “Pro-Choice Rally Turns Raucous”
Hmmm, this would have been a perfect opportunity for guerilla theater. Someone could have dressed as one of those hapless cops decked out in riot gear and brought an aerosol can filled with colored water to spray in the faces of the demonstrators. How about a "mock" sonogram performance with the face of one (or more) of the anti-choice legislators taped over the screen. Think we could get one to squeak, "Please, please abort me before I grow up into an anti-choice a**") Make flyers identifying those legislators, the districts they represent and organize voter registration drives. Virginia residents have until October 15th to register to vote. Geez, I wish the government was not so obsessed about what goes on between my legs. It's so, so creepily voyeuristic.
