As a Master Firefighter/Paramedic with 23 years of services for the city and an expert driver. This is a waste of money. I worked for RAA for four years partime and found the system to be distracting, the system for our driving conditions and accidents is a total waste. Most accidents are minor and are not due to speeding and or over braking. Most accident are due to the size of our apparatus. To big for the streets in the City of Richmond. More focus should be put on training drivers by personal that drive daily not by officers that haven't driven in years.
