As a former RAA employee, I am om the fence w the black box. It did get me out of an accident that I disputed in court with the black box report, bc I was not at fault and the RPD officer gave me a ticket instead. The black box helped. But it is loud and obnoxious... and there are other things RFD needs to purchase before a 5 million dollar system...
They definitely need to work on other things before this... the city streets are still banked negatively and other people still can't drive, and white shirts still play favorites... so what's the difference? Make the people in your department happy and want to stay there, before you have no one....
