I feel lucky to have survived being struck by a car as I was crossing the street in Richmond last Summer. I have made it my personal goal to make this city a safer place this year. We were voted into the top 20 most dangerous U.S. cities to walk / bike in and this is something we need to fix before our city's population grows even more.
