Abundant spaces? Limited parking in front of Art Works, NO parking on E. 4th st., NO parking on E. 3rd st., and limited parking on one side of Decatur. About 3 blocks on one side of Decatur in the immediate area of Plant Zero are all marked No Parking. And now we hear that the spaces behind the pay lot that are supposedly OK to park in are only OK if people in the Ink Building don't need them. They were given passes and told to have people towed if they needed the space.

The free lot spaces reserved for Plant Zero are for the people who rent apartments there, not for the artists or patrons. And there have been several suggestions made directly to Mr. Papa about alternatives to a pay lot - including turning it into a gravel lot to avoid the run off fees, having a fundraiser, or increasing rents. i bet it will affect the rentals in their event hall and they will lose studio rentals as well. fountainhead will probably end up more in the hole than before.
