Just to clear this up- we buy dry pack 10/20 scallops from Relient Seafood, and we buy our pork from IGF. We are able to sell items at the $16 because our overhead is low- not because we compromise our ingredients. Ellie is doing a great job, and I respect her title. Lee Gregory
