As a stop gap, this is fine; but the long term solution is assembling enough land and city incentives for a Kroger, Wal-Mart or something in Fulton.

It is odd that of a group of people who control more than a quarter of a billion dollars in public funds; determine the lives of thousands of young people (and therefore their families); and let millions of dollars in contracts annually are not worthy of inclusion.
Surely someone on the School Board, or from the administration of the Richmond Public Schools merits acknowledgement as powerful, even if it is negative power ofttimes.
