my brother is one of the inmates in this picture..His name is Chong and this article really moved me and brought me to tears, I love my brother very much and hope he can put this chapter of his life behind him when he gets out but I am very happy that there are people like Robbie Norris that due this for these men...bad choices don't make bad men...Sue
