It is interesting that Tyler shows interest in this procurement which the Mayor happens to be leading. Tyler seemed to have no problem changing the terms of the contract for towing services which gave the towing company about $300,000 in additional profit per year at the expense of vehicle owners. http://cwaynetaylor.com/city/category/subj…
