This is first in the line-up of Richmond's best?? Oh, giggle
It costs too much to use- I can't tell you how many meetings I've been where groups are looking for spaces and the first thing mentioned is the Gottwald- and the second is "expensive".
Nationally, no one will remember anything but Richmond.
Really? The kind of businesses you speak of would not attract most northsiders- we like Bellevue and MacArthur- we don't go to Walmart anyway. We'd be more attracted to a Carytown model than Short Pump and the folks who think otherwise are not paying attention.
Fix up Azalea Mall- there's your potential! Of course, Henrico County had rather build than rebuild.
Sounds intriguing- as I get older I hate going to shop with all the moms and kids in the stores (and no Ukrops). I can see this being in my future-
One could still go to Whole Foods occasionally and have a meal there, or a beer.

Thanks for the link- with the new green grocer in Bellevue and the Lakeside Farmers Market, I should be able to support local business and eat better!!!
