Re: “Old Virginny

Gin Lynn,

Thanks for displaying your maturity level for all to see. It would have been a shame if some unsuspecting reader had taken your previous commentary seriously.

Re: “Rearview Mirror

To members of the race-baiting industry like El Amin, moving in the wrong direction means moving away from divisiveness.

Re: “Meet the Preppers

Sounds like you pre-constructed your narrative before visiting the gun show, if you actually even went. I'm glad you found it interesting, but maybe next time a gun show is in town, you could educate yourself on guns, and write something informative instead of painting a caricature of gun show patrons.

Re: “Over Our Heads

Just another Style Weekly lib, who's rants point to a bad case of unwarranted self importance disorder.

Your condition gives perspective when trying to make sense of your silly straw man argument against "lunatic conspiracy-theorists" who "hoard assault rifles and 30-round magazines".

There is no justification for cedeing our constitutionally guaranteed rights, which were established for the specific purpose of guaranteeing our freedom from a tyrannical government? Especially not your fear for the power and capabilities the government has already amassed.

Re: “Book Review: "The Last Line of Defense"

This is no book review. It's another liberal Style Weekly contributor with a bad case of unwarranted self importance disorder, preaching to his peanut gallery from the tiny Style Weekly stage.

The barrage of predictible, thoughtless, boring liberal political rants in this rag is so off-putting, that you're driving away potential readership.

Re: “Learning Curve

I am always bemused that U.S. educators only work for 9 months/year and continually ask the 12 month/year working tax-payer to reduce his take-home pay, to increase funding for education........a system that already outspends 99.9% of other countries per capita. Even more bemusing is that this funding continually produces abysmal math, science and literacy results for students......and guaranteed pensions, mid-fiftys retirement and zero accountability for educators.
