The incredible shrinking Richmond Times-Dispatch may win fewer journalism awards and subscribers than it did before he took the helm in 2005, but that doesn't seem to faze Publisher Thomas A. “TAS” Silvestri. Tas has been busy rebranding himself. With a stint as Leadership Metro Richmond chairman behind him, he's chairman-elect of the Greater Richmond Chamber and a director on Eugene Trani's (No. 26) new think tank. Plus, Silvestri is chairman of the American Press Institute.
