Anyone who cared knew that Ken Cuccinelli was a hard right-wing whirling dervish when he ran for attorney general last year. But they couldn't know just how fast he'd shake things up. “The Cooch” has quickly become a conservative darling for dissing gays in public colleges, suing the Obama administration over health care reform and probing the University of Virginia about its global warming research. Still unknown is whether his initiatives will survive serious court scrutiny, or how his agenda will play when and if he makes a bid for governor.
