When times are tight, the people with money stand out. Sitting on about $100 million from his namesake, Massey Energy, the Harley-loving Ivor Massey Jr. is one of those sought-after free spirits. He and his wife, Maureen, recently gave $500,000 to ChildFund International in Henrico to help Third World children, which helps take the sting out of Ivor's support for Jim Gilmore and that ill-fated Shockoe Bottom ballpark.
