Remember the nearly $20 million that Altria Group doled out last year, mostly to Richmond-area schools and nonprofits? That’s the dominion of Barrington, vice chairman at Altria. He oversees distribution of the big bucks, and serves on the board of trustees at VMFA. Pam Reynolds’ dresses don’t look so outrageous now, do they?
