Consumer Banking Executive for SunTrust Bank

President Obama's call for tighter regulation of bank mortgage and credit card operations sparked shake-ups across the financial landscape. SunTrust Bank obliged, naming longtime Richmond banker C.T. Hill as the financial giant's consumer banking executive, overseeing mortgage and credit card operations. Hill remains chairman of the bank's mid-Atlantic division, which includes Richmond, and is a fixture on local power grids: He chairs the VCU Business Rountable and is a member of the Virginia Business Council and the Management Roundtable, among others.
