HCA Capital Division President

In her hands, Lewis holds the health — and the paychecks — of a whole lotta Richmonders. The highest-ranking woman on our list began her career as a nurse and is president of HCA’s four-state Capital Division. In the Richmond area, HCA operates CJW Medical Centers and Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, plus other facilities, and employs around 8,000 people. Lewis also helps shape public policy through her involvement with the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association.
