Correction and Clarification

In our review of Swank's on Main Street in Kilmarnock ("Swankitfied," Food & Drink, July 18), we mistakenly identified the owner of the nearby Car Wash Café. It's Susan Hill. Also, Swank's chef Joe Merolli says he makes all of the restaurant's sauces. And it is not Merolli, but one of his cooks, who wears a ponytail.
