RE: two-abreast motorcycles. Prior to this it was a 6 point reckless driving violation for a motorcyclist to pull alongside another motorcyclist EVEN AT A STOPLIGHT. I fail to see how joining 48 other states in not charging stationary vehicles with reckless driving is a downside.
