Two priests in the Richmond diocese are forced to step down after allegations surface of sexual misconduct. In a harsh move, the diocese forces them to write "I won't do that again" 500 times before reinstating them.


The city's new police chief is unable to attend Richmond's events surrounding National Night Out Against Crime. He says stuff like that's such a downer.


Gov. Mark Warner appoints a new director of the governor's mansion. In her first shocking day, she discovers that dinner forks have been placed on the wrong side of the plate since 1957!
