The State Bar says that law firm Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen shouldn't advertise that it's "the best," but the law firm is taking its case to court. Notably, the firm is already in hot water over its frequent and excessive use of the name "Allen."

Gov. Mark Warner proposes that the line of succession to his job be lengthened, just in case something happens to him and his top officials. Among those rounding out the bottom of the list: Jim Gilmore, Shirley Harvey and SpongeBob SquarePants.
