Mayor's Race Down to Jones, Pantele

It looks like Robert Grey and Lawrence Williams have fallen by the wayside in the mayoral election. Delegate Dwight Jones is leading in five of the nine districts (if he wins all five, there will be no runoff). He's ahead in 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9. City Council President Bill Pantele is leading in districts 1, 2, 4 and 5.
